If you are in windows go to

Go to Command Prompt (Admin)

To enable F8 Key
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
Exit Command prompt

Restart computer and press F8 key

To disable F8 Key
Go to Command Prompt (Admin)
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard

Press Shift Key and Click Restart to get to Advance Startup Options

Enable or Disable Hidden Administrator Account

Safe mode with Command Prompt

Enable
net user administrator /active:yes
Disable
net user administrator /active:no

Administrator account - Enable or Disable in Windows 10

Net user add local administrator account


Change user password

Change password from Command Prompt
Boot from system repair disk
Click usa keyboard
Click troubleshoot
Click advance options
Click command prompt

Vista

Copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\ then enter

Copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe then enter and yes

Type exit
Remove repair disk and shutdown and restart computer

Win 7 and Win 8.1 / Win 10

Copy c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe c:\ then enter

Copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe then enter and yes

Type exit
Remove repair disk and shutdown and restart computer

At login screen

Vista

goto ease of access icon and click it 5 times, the command prompt pops up

Win7 and Win 8

Goto ease of access icon and click it, the command prompt pops up

Type net user to find your name

Type net user yourname newpassword, hit enter and type exit

At login screen type your new password


Download Vista, Win 7, Win8.1, Win 10

Format USB Stick in Fat32, if it is not, and when done
Open folder, Copy and paste the contents onto open usb drive
